Self-Assessed Online Listening Tests (SAOLT): Learn and Practise Listening Skills Independently

Self-Assessed Online Listening Tests, or SAOLT, is an award-winning Open Educational Resource (OER) formulated based on RACQAIL attributes. SAOLT, licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0, allows ESL learners to practise their listening skills in a test format. The three types of listening test videos are news items, talks, and conversations. Each listening test video type has two questions labelled 'a' and 'b'. The number of questions for each type of listening test video is different: news items (5 questions), talks (8 questions), and conversations (7 questions). Each question has three options: A, B, and C. The listening tips and videos are as follows.
