The instructional designer will develop teaching strategies to engage learners (Dick, Carey & Carey, 2014) through activities such as group discussions, role-play, projects, and problem-solving tasks. These micro strategies are part of a larger macro strategy that includes setting objectives, motivating learners, presenting content, and engaging them. Various instructional strategies based on learning theories will be explored, emphasising creative and critical thinking skills for 21st-century learners.
