An informative speech conveys knowledge and understanding about a particular topic. Generally, it covers objects, processes, events, and concepts. Object speech covers anything visible, tangible, and stable in form. Process speech is a systematic series of actions leading to a specific result. Event speech includes anything that happens or is regarded as happening. Lastly, concept speech concerns beliefs, theories, ideas, notions, and principles.
